I realize that technically speaking it's nowhere near an F - if I was reviewing it for a publication, I wouldn't give it that grade. But, personally, I cringe everytime I see it. It's wayyy overplayed, wayyy too sappy and heavy handed. It probably didn't help that my parents forced me to watch it when I was a youngster despite my protests and I refused to like it. I showed them!
I hate Breakfast at Tiffany since I find Mickey Rooney's performance to offensive and embarassing to watch, so I give the filma very low grade especially since the novella is so good and that character is not played for laughs, so stand up and shout about how you hate a classic!
Breakfast at Tiiffanys is crap damnit, crap!

I was just curious as to why you would give it that grade. I'm not a big fan of it and personally avoid it at all costs, however it is one of the better Christmas themed movies, despite being over-rated and far too sentimental.

I just hated Monty Python. Terrible films that were far from funny in my opinion.

I gave Dr. Zviago and Ghandi a D
(they both got 2s on the imdb.)

A fan of screaming, slapstick-y, hitting people in the head with tennis balls Adam Sandler, I am not. How can you not like Mr Deeds?! It's got everything you could ever want from a comedy! Who doesn't laugh when the pro-footballer gets whipped by his father's belt for cursing in front of women ("No daddy! NOOOO!!"), or when Conchata Ferrell responds to Winona Ryder's heartfelt declaration of love with "I'm sorry, all I heard was blah, blah, blah, I'm a dirty tramp." And what about these gem-like quotes: Crazy Eyes: Time heals all things... except these crazy eyes. Pam Dawson (showing Deeds around her "childhood home" in Westchestertonfieldville): And this is my brother Denny's room, [opens a closet door] Pam Dawson: they didn't like my brother very much. Little Kid: My daddy built this house with his bare hands. Pam Dawson (smiling tenderly): Your daddy's a liar. Comedy gold!
And then you've got Sandler throwing cats out windows, and all that you mentioned is canceled out.
Boo-ya.

It was freaking boring, slow and just stupid.

I'm starting to lean towards making xXx my worst film over Passenger 57 now. Anyone ever see Passenger 57?

One of the worst movies i have ever seen is Rebel Without A Cause.
I cannot believe how truly awful that movie was.
James Dean's performance was amazingly hideous, the whole "you're tearing me apart" scene was cringe-worthy.
The movie isn't even the entertaining kind of bad, it is just the bad kind of bad.

Good grief! Just about everyone posting here has films that are if not outright Fs, but generally considered bad by most viewers and critics. But Monty Pyhton? Geez! I feel sorry for your sense of humor!
