Tony is my least favourite fanboy.
You're my most favorite (why do them wacko Brits have to add a 'u' into every word???) fanboy ever Snrub! You use illogical arguments and constantly utilize New Kids on the Block lyrics to emphasize your points. Like that time you were trying to describe how Frodo made you feel inside and had to do it using NKOTB lyrics.. ."Close your eyes. Realize. It's you and I. Take my hand. Understand. That I'm your man. If loving you is right I can't go wrong "
You just don't get that kind of stuff from Matrix or Terminator fanboys. Only LOTR wackos (specifically Snrub) can sink to those creepy feeling levels, and thus it bring the rest of us sane people some entertainment.

There is a fine line between Bon Jovi and New Kids on the Block. Snrub always manages to find that line and go well over it and then drive over the line repeatedly until it's lost all meaning.
Anyhow, I think you're thinking of the Bon Jovi lyrics that go "Hold my hand. Don't let go...". Clearly that's more classy than the NKOTB song that Snrub quotes all the time.

If anyone didnt like Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions, they simply say you arent smart enough to get it. They look way too hard into the movie thinking that theres some hidden meanin towards it. At times even before Revolutions came out, they insisted that Reloaded raises the questions and Revolution answers them. All the answer was very simple and once again we meet Agent Smith again. So what was really answered. They even think that Matrix started the whole wire-fu trend when it has been used in so many Hong-Kong movies for years. Ill go through the other description for Star Wars and the ring nuts later on
Ok, seriously, there is alot of stuff behind the sequels, and it is intentional. In many cases I'm certain of it as many things are clearly alluded to multiple times. It can’t be accidental. It often rationally fits together extremely well, so again it would seem even less likely that it was unintentional. I’ve been planning to write about all my ideas concerning the sequels, but I’ve procrastinated about it for over a year. There would just be so much to write.
As for the way in which Revolutions didn’t provide many answers, I didn’t expect it to. I believe the films were created with the attitude that the question is more intriguing then the answer, and that rightfully is the way it should be IMO. I was somewhat glad that Rev. didn’t answer many questions; usually when answers are provided they carry with them the biases of those providing them. Without the answers it leaves room for the situation to remain accessible from multiple viewpoints, and I believe that provides far more depth and substance then you could otherwise have.
As for the usual thing about matrix fans saying that non-matrix fans are dumb, my attitude is that different people with different personalities will think about and look at things differently. The stuff that I find fascinating probably would not be so for many others. So, I saw what I did in the films because of the way I think. Others would probably be extremely bored if they heard me discuss my matrix theories, which is fine as it simply is not something they are interested in.

Matrix fanboys come off arrogant sometimes
Anime fanboys annoy me - getting all turned on by bugeyed cartoons having sex? Eww. No thanks.
LOTR fanboys are pretty defensive, but not too bad....
Wars fanboys are obsessive. I don't get them. I used to love Star Wars, but then I grew up. *ducks*. I mean, besides 5 films and a few cartoons, what's their to obsess over?
No, no. The worst, is a catagory I fall into. Trekkies. Watch out. We are very protective of our precious franchise. Trekkies have to be the most nitpickiny fans EVER. Seriously. As a member of the TrekBBS, I can't begin to tell you of all the crazy, freakjob Trekkies. Watch out. We are dangerous with our bat'leths and phasers. With too much time on our hands, 6 TV shows, 10 movies, thousands of books, twice as many little action figures as Star Wars, and more, we are Very, VERY scary. Beware.

Isnt the whole cartoon sex referred to as Manga?
I can only cringe when the boy who sits behind me in college recollects his former night spent with his favourite Manga magazine. Its like - you know everyone in the rooms thinking the same thing.
Hehe we went to see Nemesis at the movies [through no choice of our own] and i swear to god all the trekkies were laughing at just terrible terrible things - like stupid things designed to be funny only to stupid people - or Trekkies who are so intent on making the film worth their money that they all knowingly laughed anyway.
Well i used all my popcorn before it even crossed my mouth

Nemesis is HATED by Trekkies. John Logan and Stuart Baird are bashed daily along with Rick Berman who did the movie. Haha. You should read some of their comments. They hated it more than regular people. I thought it was okay, and I only bought on DVD for completists sake.

I guffawed when I read this, Tony. Actually guffawed.
Normally I wouldn't have a problem with guffawing at something you'd written - especially if it's another one of your nonsensical rants on the merits of The Matrix trilogy - but on this occasion I happened to be eating a rather delicious cookie. My last rather delicious cookie.
Needless to say, said cookie is now all over my computer screen and embedded under the keys of my keyboard.
Who's going to replace my keyboard, Tony? Hmm? Who's going to replace my cookie!!?? :swear:
*counts to ten*
(don't let him get to you, Snrub, that's what he wants! what would NKOTB do? hang tough, that's what!)

Your such a diva! But, I'm working on your requests. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble finding a powder pink colored keyboard with furry keys that types in British to replace yours. And, let's just say it's not easy baking cookies in the shape of Frodo's head (the afro and pained look on his face is hard to recreate utilizing cookie dough).

Fans of arthouse movies are the worst fanboys. They are like the Matrix/LOTR fans except that they have critics and awards to back them up so they feel like they are speaking the truth from on high that a movie is good.

Oh those fanboys are the worse!
Some other ones that I hate are:
Jennifer Garner fanboys
Seinfeld fanboys (the show is awesome but c'mon. You can't give that much credit to it)
Friends fanboys (the show plainly sucks)
Horror movie fanboys
Jaws fanboys (it had 1 good movie, the other 3 are horrid)
Mr. X fanboys (he's not worth your time)

Yes, that is one of the reasons LOTR fans were so pesky, the movie wasn't just content to be a modern star wars franchise, it had to try to be artsy too. Which isn't so bad except it makes it harder to say you thought ROTK was not very good.

I think alot of arthouse fanboys like the pictures because of the prestiege attached to liking them, and what that says about their image - as with music.

Hentai, actually. I should know....my friends are obsessed with it. Manga is like a Japanese comic book, or a graphic novel.

I still feel bad for Paramound fanboys. Trekkies are planning on "buying" a season of the show.

The Alone in the Dark fanboys are CLEARLY the worst. They're just so different than any other fanboy group. Alone in the Dark fanboys are often young and uneducated. The majority of them come from the South, too. Deep friend oreos are common at the dinner table. Alone in the Dark fanboys never convey passion towards Uwe Boll's achievement. The worst thing about them, however, is that any question pointed in their direction is never answered. It's like an echo in the desert. Either they simply don't want to spend time talking to me (in which case, I should bribe someone else into wanting to spend 5 minutes with them for a quick interview), they're too busy hovering around Blockbuster for the movie they're obliged to, or TonyMontana's got them. Those dastards surely defeat the purpose and identity a "fanboy" assumes.

I´m assuming this is hypothetical.
