If he would modernize the outfit a bit (not anything radically different, just minor things) i would have appreciated it. I have no problems for example with the way Enterprise (the new Star Trek show) looks more modern than the old show from the sixties despite covering events that happened way before it.

And as for Lucas pulling it off, that has absolutely nothing to do with Vaders outfit or Christensen's retro hair look. There are far more important things like story, editing, directing, screenplay etc.

Your a fucking Idiot and CLUELESS for the simple fact that if they even alter his suit to look any different than what it did in EPISODE IV, Then it would throw the CONTINUITY off, thus creating even more bitching from the fans because that's what the point of the Prequels are stupid... We saw the way Darth Vader looked in EPISODE IV and that's the way he should look in EPISODE III to make it flow easier.. "He's more machine now than Man" can fix the so called pumping up with Steroids or whatever nitpick gripe you have about his suit since he's mostly Cyborg after they get done with him..

Of course he does and that's the whole point, but you know damn well there's gonna be some dumbass nitpicking about how his suit should look this way and his suit should look that way and Christ, it's enough to give a person a headache with as much dissecting as people do with this stuff...

Let me be more direct and blunt. The Darth Vader in episode 3 to 4 looked like he stood a foot and a half taller than anyone else and had a chest like Mr Universe. I dont get that impression at all with this Darth Vader picture. It looks like Woody Allen in that suit

Christ, the only outcry that's gonna be experienced is from hardcore SW nerds such as yourselves focusing on every little nitpicky fucking thing in this film designed to shit on it before even seeing it.. The general audience isn't going to give a fuck and isn't going to notice any height difference at all because it looks like Vader should and there's nothing wrong with how Christensen looks in this suit..
