I actually love it. It semi-teases the whole "epic poster" thing. Is there a trailer yet?

Well, there are actually two things that I don't like...first is 'Don't leave the Earth witout it' and second is catering to the fans with including of 42 in it. Which is all nice and that, but overrated to hell.

Almost everything else is better in book than that.

It's 4:30 am as I Type this so maybe I'm too tired, but I don't see the 42 in the poster. Point it out?

I like it only cause so far , everything about hitchhiker is screaming that they're catering to the fans .... and to me, thats a good sign of a quality movie and maybe not a box office success.

I agree. Although i hope it is a Box office success, i think its the sort of film thats capable of taking success well. Some films cant, like weak films like Anacondas for example.

No it's not animated.

I like the poster. It's striking, interesting and gets the point across well enough. The only problem being that the point it seems to be getting across to some people is that it's an animated film.

What's that object above the "42"? Maybe it's the Heart of Gold or the Vogon ship. Any ideas?
