I've seen it at Best Buy. It won the Academy Award after all.
Last week, they even had Rock & Rule, a very obscure animated film from the 80s that I really liked when it was released!

Yup.
Best Buy is having a sale of Castle In The Sky, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service and Spirited Away, all 4 for 15 bucks each. The flyer said it ends in August... I myself picked up Mononoke as its the only Miyazaki I don't own besides Totoro and HMC, which are both not out yet. (Fox's Totoro DVD sucks)

Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke are both AWESOME, both are in my top 20 of all time.
Here is how I would rank em.
Spirited Away
Princess Mononoke
My Neighbor Totoro
Kiki's Delivery Service
Howl's Moving Castle
Porco Rosso
Laputa (Castle in the Sky)
Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind
I'd say pick Princess Mononoke to along with Spirited Away. If you enjoy those 2, go for the others.

Metropolis isn't a Miyazaki film.
I'd go with Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke, Eagle.
Mononoke may be harder to find, though.

I'd say watch Princess Mononoke first. Be sure to tell us what you thought of both of them.

Spirited Away is the best film of this decade so far. It is easily among the best animated films of all time.

Here is my over-the-top review from the Critic's Corner a while back:
Box wrote: Oh goodness, I cannot begin to tell you how important this film is.
Spirited Away is easily one of the most vivid examples of the heights to which human imagination can soar. There has never been a film like this, there will never be a film like this again. It is one of those peculiar instances where the medium of film crosses paths with cinema as an art, making full use of both to produce a masterpiece that is overwhelming in its power to captivate and amaze.
Miyazaki is the world's greatest living animator, revered by all of Japan, and all of the animation world as a great master whose animation has given the world an immense amount of joy and magic. He might be the most important individual in animation since Walt Disney. The men certainly share a keen ability to imagine entire worlds from scratch, giving us something that did not exist before.
To provide a summary or synposis would be useless; this film defies description, as any truly great film does. But, if you wish to see what exactly it is that makes this film so great, consider a stunning sequence where Chihiro is on the train gliding across the water. Not a word is spoken- no words are needed, only the haunting score in the background and Chihiro's expression, thoughtful and solemn, yet filled with hope and wisdom. Animation had to go a long way before it could bring about a scene like that, but for all the hard work, it has paid off mightily. This film is a triumph for animation, and the art of cinema as a whole.
An enthusiastic, well-deserved A+
I love this film \:D/

I'm such a Spirited Away hater. *sigh*.
I mean it's good.
But get Rosso, Totoro and Mononoke first.
I often think Spirited Away is the most beloved because it was the most pimped.

Whoops.
Forgot about this.
Well, lets see.
I watched Spirited Away first, then Princess Mononoke. They are both alot diferent than the films I grew up with and thus the films I am used to. I watch a good ammount of ANIME and am a huge fan of Inuyasha and Full Metal Alchemist, so the drawing wasn't that unusual, rather more the story wasn't what I was used to.
Spirited away was a great story of a little girl, but at times I did feel it could be better. I found the side character, the river spirit whatever his name was, to be far more interesting than the little girl, and wished I could have seen a whole lot more of him. I thought the film was solid, but nothing amazing. The drawing was really the highlight of the film, and it was a great movie to watch, one that I am sure I will watch again and again.
I liked Princess Mononoke alot more. The drawing wasn't as good, but it is a bit older as well. I found the story more compelling, and the characters more fleshed out. I think it could have been a truely great film, but lost it in the end. The last 30 minutes or so kind of went downhill in my opinion. All in all still a very solid film.
It's odd, I enjoyed Mononoke more most of the time, but I would rate Spirited away around a B+ and Mononoke around a B. I really had a hard time with the end of Mononoke.
Meh.
Good additions to my collection.

Spirited Away was indeed a beautiful film - in both artwork and story - but nothing comes close to Totoro - check out Roger Ebert's review for a hint as to it's greatness...
