 Fucking Åmål
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0150662/
Has anyone else seen this movie? Wow!
I am shocked at how good the movie was and that I missed it for so long. Man can the Swedish makes movies or what! I can't believe how good these movies are! People from overseas rock and always have! Wonderful talent indeed! I can't say enough! The ending was so great and everything fit together perfectly! It almost made me cry.
This is for sure added to my top 10 or 20 favorite movies of all time. Its a excellent film.

This movie is worth gold in my opinion. I love Swedish films now! At least I think! Look forward to seeing more by this director and other new Swedish films!
I can't believe a few years ago I almosy didn't want to watch movies without English audio but now it doesn't even bother me to have subs! I am so happy I didn't make that mistake or then I would of missed so many good movies! If americans could now make films half as good as these type of movies I would be shocked!

The acting by the two lead roles in this movie is better than all of the actors and actresses talents in the whole wide world combined!

lve seen it...l thought it sucked.
the acting isnt nearly as good as you say, and it's really badly made (from what l recall). and the story was mediocre at best. and it's short. eh. just didn';t like it. but it's been a while.

A lot of people disagree with you it seems but I can understand your opinion because this same thing sometimes happpens with me with movies everyone else liked but I didn't.

This is a great movie! So is Lilya 4-Ever. Both get ratings of 9/10 (A-) from me. I requested quite a few times that a thread for SHOW ME LOVE (FUCKING AMAL) be put up in the "Everyone's A Critic" section but I still don't think one has been. When one is I'll post my review.

Is it just me or does one of the actress in Fucking Åmål look like Jennifer Garner (aka Sydney Bristow on Alias)?
I think the actress name that is in the movie is Rebecka Liljeberg that in my opinion looks like Jennifer Garner (aka Sydney Bristow on Alias)

One good thing about Lukas Moodysson he is such a real director! He shows things on screen how they really are and truth! Lukas Moodysson is now one of my favorite directors! Still can't believe it I missed these kind of movies and this director for so long! There should be a list of these hidden great movies and directors!

Why does it look like the two actresses Elin Olsson and Agnes look like they should be the opposite in age?
Elin Olsson look like she suppose to be 16 and Agnes looks like she suppose to be 14 in the movie.

Yes I did. I actually found myself confused at times thinking, "Wait, which one is supposed to be older again?" because I just could not believe that it wasn't the other way around. It was a bit confusing.

This movie is a great example, IMO; of a good film made great by the ending. It was a simple idea but did work so well... and I couldn´t help to leave the thatre with a big smile on my face.
If you haven´t seen it, Lukas Moodyson also did a really nice little film called "Together". I also enjoyed it very much... Very "cute" film. Yep, It was cute...

Thats very true! Movies that are good in my opinion give me a certain feeling that is hard to create if a movie is not good. Its like a smile on my face too but a little different. No nothing bad lol. Like a tickgle in my stomach. Something like that.

Well I was smiling already before the very ending. I loved them walking out of the school together holding hands and basically showing everyone that they didn't care what they thought. It was uplifting.
