Another movie i'm really looking forward to is The Curse of Golden Flower (tentatively titled)....with a major theme being Chrysanthemum flowers. It boasts a stellar cast of Chow Yun Fat, Gong Li and Taiwan pop-prince Jay Chou.

Yep, looks like The Banquet will be one of a huge movie in this Fall. can't wait to see it. meanwhile The Curse Of Golden Flower will be released on December, can't wait till december.

According to the numbers, $7.5 million the first weekend in mainland China, excellent result. The reviews are less kind though, 6.4 average at IMDb with 122 votes and 3 negative reviews at RT.
