Wanna see another cool French actioner, Zing? Rent The Nest (Nid de guêpes): http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0280990/

It's a "guns"-actioner, not a martial arts one. It's very similar to Assault on Precinct 13. Good shoot-out's, good tension.

I don't want to go across town to the art house.

Bring it to the multiplex; there are 28 screens here.

When I saw it at my multiplex, some audience members started complaining as soon as they saw the subtitles and got up and left, never to return...

C'mon, judging by its PTA, it won't be expanding, so go over to that theatre. You'll enjoy it. :)

Went to see it based on ppls reactions and it was a great great action movie. Although I enjoy the more far fetched martial arts sequences (like Crouching Tiger), these were phenomenal and the movie had a pretty good plot. It got a bit corn towards the end with the V for Vendetta like speeches on freedom and law, but other than that very enjoyable.

Was I the only one who felt the last exchange between the two lead male characters to be a bit brokeback?
