 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
These look good, but too good. Need a few more random noms, like the Globes do them. Like James Gandolfini for The Drop or Chadwick Boseman for Get On Up (that one is actually likely).

I didn't realize Meryl Streep was in Into the Wild.

I sure hope Wiig and Hader are nominated for The Skeleton Twins. It seems likely. Would be disappointing if they weren't.

 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
Best Actress (Musical or Comedy) is particularly ripe for random nominations this year. Rose Byrne for Neighbors? Melissa McCarthy for St. Vincent or Tammy? The Beasts of the Southern Wild girl for Annie? I am almost certain they will nominate Jolie for the "comedy" Maleficent.
I would love to see Jenny Slate nominated for Obvious Child, but this seems improbable based on the HFPA's tastes and habits.

Looking at the Globes history that simply makes no sense and is random even by their standards.

 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
Oh, another note: I would not rule out a Best Actor (Drama) nomination for Ben Affleck.

 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
Focus World opened Maps to the Stars at one L.A. location to qualify for the Golden Globe for Best Actress (Musical or Comedy). I could see the Hollywood Foreign Press going for the idea of giving Moore two nominations on the night she will win for Still Alice.

 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
I think Eastwood and Cooper will get noms for American Sniper, but the film itself won't be nominated.

 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
I believe Cooper is almost assured a nomination. Eastwood, I am not so sure. I am still predicting this lineup:
Ava DuVernay, Selma Alejandro González Iñárritu, Birdman Angelina Jolie, Unbroken Richard Linklater, Boyhood Morten Tyldum, The Imitation Game

They love him almost as much as the NBR.

 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
They do, but they do not always nominate him. No Best Director nomination for Changeling, for example, or Gran Torino.

 Re: 72nd Golden Globe Awards
Mark Ruffalo might get three nominations tomorrow morning. He is almost assured ones for Foxcatcher and The Normal Heart, of course, but perhaps they will also nominate him for Best Actor (Musical or Comedy) for Begin Again.

It would be cool for him and Knightley to be nominated if it doesn't push out Hader and Wiig.

If Aniston is nominated. Her and Jolie being in the same room would be acca-akward.
