 What's winning BP?
Straight-up:
I'm still going with Lincoln

Silver Linings or Argo, though I'm currently predicting the latter.

I'll guarantee Argo does not win.

 Re: What's winning BP?
Could Argo win Best Picture with just two Oscars in total?
Because the best-case scenario is Picture/Screenlay/Editring, but I honestly believe that in Screenplay it is behind SLP and Lincoln.
So could it win Picture and Editing...?!

 Re: What's winning BP?
THIS YEAR IS SO WEIRD. But an exciting, good weird.
Argo seems to be the most likely choice but it throws out years and years and years of history and statistics.

 Re: What's winning BP?
This is crazy. Argo will also win DGA. It is steamrolling the guilds.

 Re: What's winning BP?
And the unusual Best Director Oscar snub was the best part of its campaign.

 Re: What's winning BP?
I don't get this, I loooove the film, but its Ensemble was certainly worse than Lincoln's or SLP's...

Maybe Argo has the guild support, but not the inner circle?

 Re: What's winning BP?
Not being nominated for best director has helped Argo's Oscar chances more so than anything else! Strangest Oscar season I can recall!

 Re: What's winning BP?
While the Academy loves movies about movies, they are still dominated by old people who also want "quality" pictures and historical dramas always do well. I'm going for Lincoln, although I'm certainly not ruling out an Argo surprise.

 Re: What's winning BP?
It would still be a surprise. Because of the no Director nom. I don't care how much it wins elsewhere... that's a BIG hurdle.

 Re: What's winning BP?
It's a great year for not being able to predict too many of the winners yet. DDL of course, and probably Anne. Beyond that in the big ones, nothing is set in stone.
Though I'm inclined to believe Lincoln will win big.
