I've been trying to keep up with it.

Jeffrey Wells, Douchebag Extraordinare and Sasha Stone (founder of AwardsDaily) are at war with each other over...something. I think it has something to do with Wells' love of Silver Linings Playbook, other critics not agreeing with him about the movie's Oscar prospects, and Wells losing his mind in response.

It's like a soap opera with people who aren't famous for anything other than blogging about awards and stuff. So funny.

Sasha is a nice person who is consistently blinded by bias but Wells is simply a fucking insane nutter. I say this having spent time with both lol.

I visit Wells' blog multiple times a day. He is hilarious, at times insightful, at times offensive, and always surprising. Big fan.

Sasha is mostly boring and too bleeding-heart.

I used to enjoy Awards Daily but Sasha is now too busy spewing her liberal biol these days which is a shame as the site has suffered as a result.

Agreed, that site is now pretty much a political site.
I remember her in the last awards season saying anyone who had Streep above Davis was because of racial bias.
