They've not only acquired Jane Campion's Bright Star and Terrence Malick's Tree of Life, but they just picked up The Young Victoria starring Emily Blunt (which will close the Toronto Film Festival).

All 3 films could pick up Oscar noms:

Bright Star (picture, director)
Tree of Life (who knows, everything from picture to visual effects)
Young Victoria (actress, costume, art direction)

I'm always excited when a new kid bursts onto the scene.

Tree of life doesn't come out this year i believe.
