1. Fantastic Four won't be nominated probably.

2. Harry Potter, Pirates and Transformers are all ILM so the chances of them being nominated against each other are lower since ILM typically does not get two nominations in one year.

3. Spider-Man 3 will be nominated.

4. The Golden Compass has a major chance, especially if it's good.

I'd list them like this at the moment:

1. Spider-Man 3
2. Pirates 3 (alt. Transformers)
3. The Golden Compass
