I heard she might be playing Jackie Robinson's wife in a new biopic from Coach Carter director Thomas Carter.
However, I don't expect her to do much movie work, with her music career probably going to take off.

No set will ever be complete without a Cable Ace award.

I hope she guests on the musical episode of 24 as Curtis's long-lost niece out to get Jack.

Um, wow.
Quote: Jennifer Hudson told "Vogue" that she's taken meetings with directors Spike Lee and Quentin Tarantino and "there are three movie scripts I am reading, but they are not musicals - it will be serious drama, my next movie."

I think she stands a great chance as the next person to pick up one of each of the major awards.
A Grammy I'd say is all but a given at this point with her forthcoming album project, an Emmy isn't that much of a long shot really, and a Tony could happen.
Two down. One likely in the bag. Two to go.

QT? He loves JHud. Remember when he guest judged on AI.
Oh yes I remember now!

Here's my guarantee right now:
She MIGHT win ONE Grammy. But that's going to be it. No other awards. Ever.

If Hudson partners up with Tarantino, she'll be the coolest new actress out there for me.
Peace,
Mike.

She is really going to have to strike out in some wild directions to avoid being typecast.

Yes I totally agree!

I could picture Hudson playing a real "bad ass woman" character. She could be pretty darn cool in a Tarantino film.
Peace,
Mike.
