 Judi Dench Appreciation Thread!
So this 72 year old just earned her 6th nod, all of which came to her after she was 60. If Clint Eastwood is at the top of his directing game very late in life, Dench is the perhaps the female actress equivalent. I'm not the biggest fan of hers, but to get 6 nods, all after 60, is just incredible, and shows that it can take a while to get to where you'd like to go!

She's absolutely fantastic in Notes on a Scandal so the nod is well-deserved. I hope she wins although it seems unlikely at this point.

I'm surprised someone could just wake up as an old actress, and suddenly become absolute money. I do like her though.

I'll tell you how much I like her. She was fantastic in Shakespeare in Love, and I detested that movie. She i about as money as you can get.
