Click's makeup? That's like A Beautiful Mind's inclusion; just because it shows people aging over a long period, doesn't mean it's good.

My picks:

“Apocalypto”
“Pan’s Labyrinth”
“Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest”

HAHAHAHA

I think I called it in the Click review thread that it's gonna get considered for an Oscar. (Not exactly proud of it, but yeah, I though their aging makeup was pretty good).

The X-Men movies have had a good track in getting considered for the bakeoffs but alas, never nominated.

Predictions:

Well, the three that the people above mentioned, lol.

(Question: There were 4 nominees in 1999 - Austin Powers in Goldmember, Bicentennial Man, Life, and Topsy Turvy. Was that a result of a tie?)

“My Country, My Country”
“Shut Up & Sing”
“Sisters in Law”
“Storm of Emotions”

Those should be it. Sound Editing doesn't have shortlists anymore.

Yeah, I agree with the three that have already been mentioned. Though X3 might replace Apocalypto.

I just realized... I guess it's subtle and not showy, but no Queen.

Yeah, that also!

Both queens got zero royal treatment... and then they nominate stuff like Santa Clause 3. Whatever.
