Reason #3: In my opinion, this year's selection of movie songs has been pretty weak, so that increases the chances.
If you agree with me, then what song? I say the I'm Ronery song (it got a standing ovation from the Chinese Theater audiences).
I'm a bit surprised it hasn't happened yet. Really, this is an incredibly weak slate of Best Songs, so weak that Alfie for godsakes has had it's song be #1 this entire time! I'm So Ronery and the Missing You Like Pearl Harbor Sucked One will probably get nominated, though my favorite is Gonna Need A Montage.
