The films were nominated and voted on by main site reviewers, contributors, and owners. In my opinion, the Constant Gardener or the actors listed above deserved menion somewhere.

Just a note > in both acting categories, 20 men were chosen vs 11 women > think some didn't look at this too closely. Hope that none of these that weren't selected - don't go on to win the Oscars > Keira Knightley / Rachel Weitz or Amy Adams > probably not but they should be Oscar nominations.

Anonymous	FYI Many films were nominationed in by voters during round one but were eliminated in round two. Whether its because not enough voters saw the films or they had issues with the quality, I don't know.

Just a clarification > so there was one elimination round in Round 2 and now these are the awards from that one group? and also if you want to answer, I just thought it was wierd that there are so many from some categories > like 11 for the Best Actor. Didn't you cap them at a number.
