Not that I take Vegas odds seriously, but still. Why should you take them seriously? These had been posted some time ago, and everybody already dismissed them as useless.

Looking at that list reminds me, what ever happened to all the king's men? A few months ago it looked like one of the possible serious contenders but it's fallen off almost all radars, I haven't heard anything.
