I brought this up a few months back with an esteemed member of KJ and now is the perfect time to talk about it again.

Would anyone be interested in attending a party on the night of the Oscars (city TBD)? Travel would be your responsibility but lodging would hopefully be at a deep discount. Food and drink would be covered.

Obviously since the show falls on a Sunday (March 5th), there's the whole work issue for some on Monday.

Thoughts? Issues? Suggestions?

Make it somewhere where dolce would actually have to leave the state. Heh.

I have to admit I'm the most pampered person in KJ history. Not that I'm complaining or anything.

If I had a single vacation day before June 30th of next year I would sign my name on the dotted line as I type this. As I don't, I'm still interested, but can't predict my ability. Maybe sick days or comp time? Or a red eye home (unless its here *hugs self and everyone that has ever come to NYC*).

Great idea! Outfits are a must. I'm going for a shopping for a cocktail dress in preperation!
