Hm, very very good sign for Christie. I want to see the film again, mainly because of her buzz at the moment. I really liked her when I first saw it in July, but she's been slipping down my ballot...

With all the support Christie is still receiving after Juno getting such a huge boost of buzz, not to mention my slight disappointment with Juno, I think I might move Christie back to the #1 slot ahead of Page for Best Actress. But either one could win in my book, and it could only be one of them.

Another year, another BFCA show going with the current frontrunners and nothing else. zzz

Christie totally deserves all they can give her.
And I don't feel too bad for Ellen Page...she'll get something eventually. Although, sort of sucks for Cotillard...she's incredibly talented, but if she doesn't start doing American films, it's unlikely she'll ever get any recognition again.

Looks like No Country will ultimately win the big Oscars come Oscar time. Unless the guilds make things different, which is very, very unlikely.
