 Who is the more shocking potential two-time nominee? If you had told me three years ago that Bradley Cooper and Jonah Hill would not only be Academy Award nominees but also vying for their SECOND Oscars this year, I would have assumed every other actor had died.
The obvious choice is Jonah Hill, but Bradley Cooper was probably one of the most bland, vanilla actors ever on television, particularly on Alias. It shocks the hell out of me that he has actually evolved into a really, really good actor.
Of course, I know it's possible both will be snubbed next month, but it's crazy that we're even discussing the possibility.

I wouldn't call Cooper one of the most bland, vanilla actors on television. I thought he was good in Alias.

Re: Who is the more shocking potential two-time nominee? I'm glad for Bradley Cooper. He deserves the recognition.
I can't completely write off Jonah though. He gave two really good performances in both his nominated roles, especially Wolf. I'm sure it's debatable if it was one of the five best supporting performances, but he still impressed.
