The game is now closed. I will not take anymore submission. 20 people made a submission. Looks like a good turnaround this year.

Re: The Official KJ Oscar Game (2009)
First off, here are the answers to the tiebreakers
Of the acting winners, how many of them will cry? One, only Winslet (none of the Ledger members cried, but the audience did). What color will the best actress winner wear? The primary color is blue. How many different films will have a win in the acting categories? Four Which movie will win the most Oscars and how many? Slumdog Millionaire (8) How many Best Picture nominees will win at least one Oscar? Four Will the Sound and Sound Editing winner be the same film, or split? Split Will Best Picture and Best Director be the same film, or will they split? Same Who will be featured last in the In Memoriam portion? Paul Newman Will anyone but the producers go up on stage to accept the Best Picture category? Yes, more than I can count. How long will the show be (in hours and minutes). 3 hrs 30 1/2 minutes
and here is how this is score. In case of a tie in scores, the one who gets more tiebreaker questions right, gets the higher ranking. If the people who tied get the same amount of tiebreakers correct, the one who gets the running time of the show closer, gets the higher ranking, and although this didn't happen, if the running time is exactly the same, the one who get the submission in first gets the higher ranking. Got it.

Re: The Official KJ Oscar Game (2009)
Ugh, Documentary and Live Action Short both kept me from victory! Nonetheless, congrats, Libs!
Still, overall I scored 19/24, which I think is a record for me.
