It's a shame that a rather interesting real life story got such a pathetic movie treatment. This might be James Franco's worst performance yet. He's a poor man's crazy man in this one. And making a nudity free movie about porn?
Everything in this movie barely scratches the surface. It's spread out over many characters without ever fully developing any of them. There are at least two angles this movie could've focused on. Instead it opts to cover so much it never really develops into something involving.
