Re: The Twilight Saga: New Moon
... yeah, I'm a fan of Twilight, and I dug the movie. I thought it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the first one, which I liked as well.

3/10 -> D-
For the sake of it I still don't understand why this is like a 600 page book. Nothing happens here. Whatever happened in the movie is basically completely unimportant. He could've asked her to marry him in the first scene. If the movie ended there the effect would be the same. There just wouldn't be two hours of bad acting, awful dialog, horrid directing, hilarious "special" effects, etc.
It's way worse than Twilight, which wasn't that good to begin with at all.

Re: The Twilight Saga: New Moon
The second film in the Twilight Saga, New Moon, is a decent enough follow-up though it still shows some many faults within the series. The Jacob/Bella story seems very pushed and uneven at times. There is too much bickering and not enough caring between the two that makes me wonder, why are we suppose to care about this part of the story? It's too much of "Bella you need to go home, I can never tell you my secret," or "Bella what the hell are you doing here?" The film does a good job with Edward's "ghostly" appearances warning Bella though. They add a certain fear factor that isn't quite overdone. The film really picks up though when Bella heads to the Volturi. It definitely helps relieve some of the poorness of the first two-thrids. If the rest of the film was like the last third of the film, New Moon would of been better than Twilight. However, the Jacob story really brings it down and hopefully the same won't be centered upon in the later movies. **

But I didn't watch it expecting it to be good.

Re: The Twilight Saga: New Moon
This one was even better than the first and just as good as the book, need to reread them! Love seeing Jacob without his shirt and Edward and Bella reuniting was wonderful and romantic! Bella is my hero, she’s better than Hermione and Katniss and an amazing, strong role model. I’m a 24 year old dude and am always and forever a Twi Hard! The series is loved equally by men and women
