 Underdog Underdog Quote: Underdog is a 2007 American live-action comedy film based on the cartoon series of the same name. The film was directed by Frederik Du Chau and stars Peter Dinklage as Dr. Simon Bar Sinister, Patrick Warburton as Cad Lackley, and Jason Lee as the voice of Underdog. The film also stars Jim Belushi, Alex Neuberger, Taylor Momsen, and Amy Adams. The film was loosely based on the super-powered cartoon character of the same name and several other characters from the cartoon. It was produced by Spyglass Entertainment and Classic Media and distributed theatrically in the United States by Walt Disney Pictures. It was filmed in Providence.

Re: Underdog Okay, that's understandable. At least it wasn't like when you were subjected to Epic Movie. Really, I still feel bad for everyone who saw that movie (particularly myself ).

Re: Underdog I'd give it a C+. Kids'll love it, and kids-at-heart will like it, too. It's not like it's on par with the truly horrific films (such as Epic Movie, which someone already mentioned). It's just a plain-jane kinda movie; one that if you never see it, you're not missing anything, but if you do see it, you haven't killed any (or at least, too many) brain cells.
It's saccharine and predictable, but it was still some good fun. I've decided that I love Patrick Warburton... He's one of those "redeeming qualities" kinda actors. Whenever I know that he's in something, I know that I'll come out of the movie at least having had a few good, genuine laughs.
So, yeah, a C+... just... average.

Re: Underdog It was cute, but incredibly forgettable. Definitely for the kids, and I'd recommend it to them.
