It's kind of not funny, but not sad.... but for some reason it is kind of enjoyable.

Considering that Adam Sandler stopped being funny awhile ago, the fact that it's not Adam Sandler funny benefits the movie.

While it's by far not Sandlers best movie, it's still very entertaining. It didn't worked for me in some of the serious scenes. B-

Re: Click
Dogs enter a room and maul me to a pulp. Then then proceed to sodomise me. A Monkey enters and urinates in my ear. A Man enters and tells me the new Ireland manager is Terry Venables. The TV News informs me George Bush has been elected President of the World.
All these things would have to occur simultaniously for me to have a less enjoyable experience then watching Click.

Never thought I could be in tears in a adam sandler movie..but I was..when he gave kate beckinsale's character that note, right at the very end.. I kind of lost it..not only mention the fact, that I was already on a emotional turmoil because of sandler's heart attack scene (I too was traumitized by losing my father to a sudden heart attack, while at home) This film is shocking people, in a good way. Okay I admit it, I almost cried, actually held it back, because if no one was around, I would have. I lost my mom recently to cancer and it really makes you appreciate all that you have. The humour was great but the serious parts were just as effective. A beautiful film. Then Click has this effect on the odd person: getluv wrote: F
I fucking hated this shit. I'm sorry, but the last third of the film is fucking awful, so awful, I couldn't even give this anything higher than F. The editing here is so shocking. getluv, indeed... Then there's this effect: Gullimont wrote: Dogs enter a room and maul me to a pulp. Then then proceed to sodomise me. A Monkey enters and urinates in my ear. Re: Click
I'm glad I'm not the only person that HATED this film.
Seriously, that scene where old Adam Sandler in a fat suit falls down, crying, in the rain? Probably the funniest scene in the movie. And it's meant to be taken seriously.

B- Heh, never thought the Academy's makeup branch would agree.

A+ Id still give Groundhog day that title. I see this film now and again and its about the same, Not Sandler's best, but its still Sandler and its a reliable film, only now adding some depth to it that works. I need to check out Chuck and Larry still.

Re: Click
considering this is Sandler doing a comedy that turns ultra-serious, things really could have gone a LOT worse. The humor wasn't so stupid-Sandler, the film had its heart in the right place, and even though things began to suck by the time he became a grandpa, it recovered pretty nicely after that, too. The next "It's a Wonderful Life"? Not quite.
