 Soul Man
Soul Man Quote: Soul Man is a comedy film made in 1986 about a man who undergoes racial transformation with pills to qualify for a Black only scholarship at Harvard Law School. It stars C. Thomas Howell, Rae Dawn Chong, Arye Gross, James Earl Jones, Leslie Nielsen, James B. Sikking and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
The title refers to the Sam and Dave song "Soul Man".

haha one of those movies from the 80's that's so bad that it's good. c. thomas howell in no way looks like a black guy and yet everyone seems to think he is in the movie.

I'm not sure how this film was bad. It is actually quite good. The premise is a little far fetched but it is funny and well made and CTH is very very good in it.
