The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
Not a bad film, and it certainly has a nice indie feel to it (despite the crazy CGI). I guess the idea is a nice one. The travelogue nature of the film makes me think of it fondly, and it's probably Ben Stiller's best movie for a fair few years. Not counting The Cable Guy, it's his best directed film. So I guess negative #25 was actually of Walter Mitty? or did Adam Scott just print that cover because of Mitty's final words to him? Would have liked that cleared up.
Sometimes funny, but always beautifully filmed. Sean Penn was good in it. Nice music throughout.

This story of an American man of Polish-Jewish descent finding happiness and proving he is more than a statistic did not resonate with Arthur.

The negative is the photo on the cover. The people who put the magazine together, as represented by Walter, are the quintessence of Life, etc., etc.

I like the title being a double meaning, too.

Re: The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
I absolutely LOVED this film. Incredible. The first 1/4 or so was a little off, but not enough to get me out of wanting to see what would happen next.
A+

Re: The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
What does 'A+' mean to you? For me, it doesn't mean the first 25% being 'a little off'.

It was a little odd, not bad, just odd.
