Being gay I did not find it offensive but rather funny. It was certainly an exaggeration based on true events, just like all of this movie. Gays *dating signs* or whatever you want to call them are certainly not as simplistic or crude as they claim but it is based on truth. what were they for those of us unlikely to ever see the film?

They just look at each other in an awkward way and go "1...2..3..." 3 seconds or more and its' on, if you break it off before 3 seconds than it won't happen. Clearly too simplistic for reality, and not all gays are that slutty, but that does have some similarity to how to pick up a gay.

3/10 -> D-
Boring throughout. Awful characters. Good performances though. Not that they made a difference.

B+
Great acting (especially from Aniston/Afleck) and great stories.

Afleck couldn't act his way out of a felt hat. He needs to direct.

It was better than I expected. Of course in large ensemble movies like this some stories work better than others. I really liked the love story between Ginnifer Goodwin's and Justin Long's characters. It was funny, heart-warming and kinda refreshing. On the other hand, the whole triangle with Jennifer Connelly, Scarlett Johansson and Bradley Cooper just didn't work. The rest was solid. The cast's performance is decent, but no one in particular was outstanding. The film just had a nice flow and while almost everything in it was quite predictable, it still managed to be funny and enjoyable. Slightly better than Valentine's Day, I'd say.

 Re: He's Just Not That Into You
I have seen them before (some longer ago than others, some just very shortly - most in theatres, though) - and never got around to write almost any reviews since mid-2008 or so.
