enh. You've got a point, it doesn't stick with me like some of last years movies (The Wrestler, Milk, even Rachel Getting Married) it was great to get excited about at the time, but now it is SO last year.

I prefer BJ's reaction to my post over magnus'.

Exactly. If they don't know how to behave, and feel OK offending others, they get their ass kicked, so they'll think next time before opening their rotten mouths.

Don't get me wrong folks, I like this movie. A lot. Its a well crafted film with great acting that does an excellent job of blurring the lines between fantasy and reality, comic book and crime thriller.
But its not the end all of movies. I'm sorry I'm not a mad fanboy that makes ridiculous claims like "best movie of the decade" when as far as quality it just isn't even close. And there are several scenes that really stick out for me, but a lot of it has already faded considerably.
And I don't see how my personal reaction to a film makes my dumbest post ever, but okay.

Is it a good movie = yes
Should it have all these BO records = We could had far worse films holding them
Do I love this film = meh Its good but its not a masterpiece.
Should we have had to put up with Bradley's sig for so long = No. Personally I like this site when its being authentic so this bradley persona the poster that uses its..........its very sad. Honestly I find internet persona's pathetic. I have no interest in what the person who uses the bradley persona says it bores the crap out of me. I wish It would go away but I know we are stuck with it.

Watching Transformers (1) today, I was once again reminded of how rare a film like TDK is.

Actually Yes, it was.. Too bad this movie doesn't hold up worth a fuck now and merely proves that Ledger's death was the sole reason this movie did what it did....

Spot on there good sport. People aught to listen this Mr. Green chap more often. He seems like quite the intellectual and an impeccable predictor in the money slots. Bully good job I'd say.

It is a bit boring actually now you watch it in the start.

I think that's because your waiting for the great scenes in the middle and in the end.

You use the phrase "doesn't hold up." That implies that at one point you enjoyed the film, which we all know you did not. Or at least the persona you have adopted did not like the film.

I don't find it boring. A bit forgettable perhaps, but certainly never dull. It holds up fine, I still love watching it for a 6th time a year later, I just think a lot of it sort of fades after time.

Why second? You could've easily said the first. TIH is mediocre at best.

Enh, I re-watch movies a lot. Mostly because I can multi-task when I'm rewatching a film. I've seen Ocean's eleven somewhere around a dozen time, Aladdin around 15, and a few good men over 20 times. Some films just don't get old for me.
