This was the one film, that I put along the worst for the year, that I saw. I couldnt believe how bad and unrealistic this film was.

I will say, there were moments of the great score and slow motion that I thought helped the film, and I thought Bruce put in a good performance.

But the actors who played the villians were so rediculous and so laughable. When Mars is doing a crazy kamakaze at the end I laughed really hard, that was one of the most unrealistic thing I've ever seen, and I once saw a man turn into a rabbit. And considering, that I usually have the same tastes as most of you, I'm suprised I didn't like it. I can't stress the many problems with this film.

F (yeah I gave it the F, whch I've never done before.)

BTW, the part where the eldest brother is comforting his younger brother while he's dying, only to be shot in the back of his head was one of the most desperate and tasteless ways I've seen a movie try to elicite an emotional response from the audience.

I couldnt agree more, and found the kids really stupid (And not in the "thats a realistic approach" type of way. And did anyone else notice how rediculously large the venting system was. I know its an upscare house but that was like more for a 35 story building (Die Hard reference with the boy)

I saw it again and still love it. It is actually still in my Top 5 of the year, after I have seen about 85 films of 2005.
