I’m honestly shocked it did so well, really seemed like no one really cared. I must not be in the target demo. I assumed the 2021 movie had scratched everyone’s itch to see the 2 together and that the novelty would be lost this time. But apparently people can’t get enough of these monsters.

If Dune plummets from here it gets 280m, so 290m looks pretty safe. Would be pretty cool if a light April schedule could push it to 300m.

Ghostbusters has a chance to miss #2 at $112,494,738 to be the lowest of the entire franchise unadjusted. Just utterly embarrassing that it could struggle for $100M.
