 What will be TFA's ultimate DOM/INT'L balance? http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=starwars7.htmAs of the time of this writing the balance is 44.2% domestic, 55.8% foreign with China yet to come but domestic grosses increasing at a blistering pace. How will it play out ultimately? My projection: $800m via Puerto Rico - Dom (34.7%) $1.5b - Int'l (65.3%)

That was the case with the prequels though I know overseas markets have grown a lot since then, I also feel like SW is super iconic domestically that doesn't completely translate worldwide.
The average of the three prequels is 44.27% domestic, 55.73% overseas. Growth overseas I think will be counter balanced by the sheer overperformance domestically of an iconic brand in this market so would not be surprised to still see a low 40's domestic share (40-41% domestic, let's say go with 40.5%).
Domestic: $1.05 B (40.5%)
Overseas: $1.54 B (59.5%)
Total: $2.59 B
