Screen Counts and Crowd Reports (May 29-31)
You know that I would love to see you next year I hope that I am still alive next year You magnify the way I think about myself Before you came, I rarely thought about myself
Behind your veil I found the body underneath Inside your head Were things I'd never thought about
What's my view? Well, how am I supposed to know? Write a review? Well, how objective can I be?

Re: Screen Counts and Crowd Reports (May 29-31)
I saw a 9:35 showing of Aloha. There were probably like 20 people there? Mostly couples. Trailers were Love & Mercy, Ricki and the Flash, Trainwreck, No Escape, Spy, Spectre and Ant Man. As for the movie there were a couple of times people laughed. There were sell outs for San Andreas. Welp guess my predictions were wrong.

That doesn't seem that bad for Aloha.

People may show up to Aloha for the cast, completely ignoring the terrible reviews. No denying the star power there.

I worked the matinee today and SA has sold four times the amount of tickets that Aloha sold when I left (and Aloha is the total kind of movie that would do well at our theater).

Re: Screen Counts and Crowd Reports (May 29-31)
My 3:30 showing of San Andreas was a little over a half full and I didn't see many families, but there were ALOT of older couples and seniors. Trailers were Southpaw (AGAIN), Jurassic World, Pixels, ANT-MAN, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., The Gallows, and Maze Runner: Scorch Trails.

Re: Screen Counts and Crowd Reports (May 29-31)
I saw Aloha at 11:15AM this morning. It was in my theaters largest auditorium (312 seats) and there were maybe 16 people there. Trailers were for Ricki and the Flash, Spectre, Spy, Black Mass, Trainwreck, Ant-Man and The Gift (I am starting to get so sick of this trailer).
Also saw San Andreas at 2:15. There were around 60 people in a 212 seat theater. Trailers were for Point Break, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The Maze Runner, Pixels, Jurassic World, Self/Less and Mission Impossible.
