 Will The Conjuring gross more than R.I.P.D. (domestic)?  vs.  These supernatural movies share a release date. One a low-budget horror film from the director of Insidious, the other a mega-budget and star driven action comedy in the vein of Men in Black and Hellboy. Conjuring will probably have as big of a second week drop as the Purge. Hopefully RIPD bombing will stop hollywood from giving Ryan Reynolds big leads in big budget films but its too bad that the film will drag Jeff Bridges and Mary Louise Parker down.
