Avengers $350m to $400m + Spider-man $180m to $280m = $530m
I think Avengers + Spidey will make $600m combined as a minimum while TDKR will be around $475-$500m. So yeah that club would fail. But its not that far fetched if TDKR hits the top end and Avengers and Spidey both do worst case.

Latest TDKR trailer- 13,440,536 views
Latest Spider-Man trailer- 5,288,222 views
Avengers SB spot- 4,055,233 views
Considering TDKR has been out for longer, the Spider-Man is pretty darn impressive for just 2 weeks. It could definitely still cruise pass $300M.
