My BD2 and A3 club will probably fail but not by much I think.

No one asked for a Ghost Rider sequel or a Clash sequel and both original movies received mediocre to bad WOM.

Both trailers are generic and uninspired, giving more of the same crap that no one cares about. Juxtaposed with Prometheus, Dark Knight Rises and even Snow White and GI Joe 2 who will care for these?

I think both will do worse than the originals but Wrath will do well enough for this club to fail.

Ghostrider - $40-$90m

So worst case scenario happens for both and your club is a big winner. Could happen, especially if Wrath tanks. But at this stage im thinking they'll combine for $170m-ish

I was thinking if both fell 50% from their predecessors it'd work? It's risky but I like to be a little extreme to make it so, even though quite a number of my clubs have failed. I think all in my sig, for example, but I was jumping the gun with a lot of those after their trailers, which granted I'm doing again, but it's easier to call out a bad movie than to apply my own taste to America's.

Ghost Rider should be a complete flop, I expect at most 50m.
Wrath will definitely decrease but I'm not sure by that much. It's a lot more timely than Ghost, which has been forgotten by now, and the original was a lot less disdained (although still not liked.) I think this'll be pretty close, Wrath won't decrease by 50% but Ghost might fail hard enough to make this succeed anyway.

I'm in mostly because it's a clever, interesting, and daring club.

Both are going to decrease big time from their predecessors, but I can still see them having solid opennings if people are in the mood to see some wannabe event films. I'm expecting both to have weak legs though, so this club can definitely happen. Also I don't see how Wrath is a lock for $100M. Most people hated the first movie and this one doesn't look that much better. I see a Battle: LA type of performance at best.

Wrath was hated but not immensely it will still open bigger and cross $100m. I see Battle:LA type run as well but on a little higher scale.

I'm in. Ghost Rider had me interested for a little while due to the Crank guys involvement and pissing fire. Now? Who cares. Same with Wrath. And I'm the target demo for both of them. Ghost - $50M, Wrath - $85M which puts them at $135M combined.

While I enjoyed it, Clash of the Titans is one of the few modern films I hear non-internet people consistently trash. And Nicolas Cage's star power has rapidly faded. Plus, last spring proved people will avoid 3D if it isn't for an event, so

I really don't see Wrath bombing THAT hard, really. Ghost Rider...yeah, that could go below $50 million...but Wrath still seems like a filler blockbuster that people will go to watch.

Clash did well overseas, so they are making the sequel based on that.

Clash is a sad film, if it was a solid action film the film could have become solid hit, there was a lot of buzz and hype for it.

You know now that I have had time to think about it I can defentially imagine a HF2 type of scenario for Ghost Rider 2. I mean not only does it have the awful WOM from the original to deal with, but just looking at the trailers it's also going to lose a HUGE portion of the family audience that the first had so much appeal to. I mean parents aren't going to want to take their kids to see a movie with a crazy skeleton dude who can piss fire, which they are obviously going to be making a big selling point out of. Combine all those factors and the movie will solely running on fanboy fuems which still means it won't likely be enough for it to even cross $20M OW.

I see Ghost Rider tanking for about $50m total and Wrath decreasing for about $100m, so this will be close but certainly not a given. It will be very similar to what BD and Alvin club is having now there is a good chance of that happening but I see it missing the mark just marginally.

I see Ghost Rider 2 doing around 40-45 Million. It looks cheap and audiences will be able to tell this. Wrath I think will still do 100 Million or close to it.
