If The Simpsons can stay above 6M until Thursday, 200M will be almost a sure thing.

Yeah, it's pretty interesting that The Simpsons "took a pretty big drop" when it dropped less than Chuck & Larry, which is "doing pretty well."

PoA made an additional 59 million from its 18 million third weekend
If OOTP could maintain that with what was a 17.7 weekend an higher weekdays. Its looking at 302 million. POA and GOF both had 10-11 million weekends 4th weekend, if OOTP can do it it still has a shot.

Well POA only gained about 3 million from 4th of July, apart from that. Unlike the last couple though, it will most likely have a good Imax push that will keep it alive in the end, so its still very possible in my opinion.

I know you're upset that Simpsons will outgross Rise of the Silver Surfer by Sunday, but c'mon now. Don't be blind. And plus, you're bullshitting yourself because you said that if a film makes its production budget domestically, it's successful. And Simpsons will double it (at the minimum).
