Rubbish weekend....

Hard Candy deserved far better

RV and United 93 were almost exactly equal to the estimates (U93 fell around 150K); Stick It fell 500 K, The Sentinel and Ice Age 2 slightly increased, and Akeelah and the Bee fell around 300 K.

Ice Age 2 will have work breaking 200, which is crazy after that opening weekend.

Pretty good hold for Silent Hill, all things considered.

So She's the Man, Stay Alive, and now Stick It have now taken almost identical paths. With estimates, they were all placed in the 11-12 mil range, then later dropped down to 10.7 or 10.8 on the button. The similar demographics, the way they all exceeded earlier expectations(and for Stay Alive and Stick It, the ratio from average prediction to what it got was almost identical), it's quite something they all landed so close.

Failure To Launch lost steam about 3 weeks ago and has been diving pretty hard ever since.

What are you expecting, it's been out almost two months!
