Good holds for Final Destination 3, Firewall, and The Pink Panther.
I'm more interested in how well the movies do today with no romantic comedies getting a good boost.

Should be up to at least #5

Final Destination 2's Monday was... $985,000
So the 3'rd is well ahead.
Tuesday: -3.6%
Wednesday: -18.4%
Thursday: -1.9%
This is what will happen if FD3 follows the exact same drops...doubtful though.
Tuesday: $1,320,680
Wednesday: $1,077,674
Thursday: $1,057,198
Total walking into this weekend would be $23,998,552.
about $34M by sunday.

FD3 should be #1 on Tuesday I think, and then for the rest of the week.
I'm interested in how BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN and SOMETHING NEW do on Tuesday, since there really aren't any other romances out in wide release. I think BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN should rise to #5.

Well it def. won't follow those drops since today was V-Day. Looking back on the last time it fell during the week in 2002, the lowest jump in the top 10 was 76%. Since I could see this being a date movie, I could see this rising by 100% on Tuesday, but at the bare min. it's due for at least a 60% increase today.

Whoah, i'm pretty sure the Valentines day was on a weekend for the most part over the last couple of years. I dont think any of the films will rise 60%.
I could see a couple rising near 40% though. If many of the movies rise that much, that will be awesome though.

http://www.boxofficemojo.com/daily/char ... -14&p=.htm That's the last time it fell on a weekday. I mean if a film like Collateral Damage can rise that much on V-Day, some of the films that are more date friendly will def. see a bigger bump than that did! I work at a 6 screen theater and we went from only having 68 people on Monday to having 162 on Tuesday. That's an over 100% jump in attendance, so don't be too surprised when all the movies jump around that much. Firewall, Brokeback, and When a Stranger Calls had the most noticable increases of the 6 movies we had. I think Firewall will be one of the movies that jumps a 100% or better on Tuesday.
