I'm guessing 60-75 for Inside Man, 140-150 for Stay Alive, and about 170 for Larry the Cable Guy. Inside Man has a big ad on the frontpage, but it doesn't link to the movie's page.

It definitely won't be over 100, but I think it'll be closer to 80-90.

An $8 million opening day doesn't really mean $25 million opening weekend, though. Flightplan opened to $8.2 million opening day, increased almost 30% on Saturday, and still didn't make $25 million.

V had a ratio under 135 even with a frontpage picture all day. The frontpage usually more or less doubles the ratio. I'm happy for the movie, but it's weird. It has the 15th best grade ever right now, nearly an A- in fact, but other movies to start out with strong grades did not have low ratios.

Anyone have an explanation? I have no idea.

Like I said earlier in the day...it was tracking very similarly to Constantine which also had a frontpage pic and managed a very similar 141. Its not your typical comic adaptation...it skews much older which helped to keep the ratio low. She's The Man was really clogged early on though...Yahoo's effectiveness is being severely limited in recent weeks because of this trend.

According to studio exit polls, half of V's audience was over 25 and half was under. That's about the same as Daredevil and Spider-man, and younger skewing than Batman Begins.

Looking at how low inside man is I'm starting to be glad that I forgot my derby this week.

Heh, thats not bad for Inside Man. Calm down people, it's still very very early. It's an adult film that will have a low ratio.

Inside Man isn't really doing that bad. The ratio will be in the 60s if I had to guess, maybe even lower considering the clogging. 450 reviews might be enough for 20 mil.

Everyone thought The Interpreter was flopping at this point as well. But I'm not counting it out either.

People thought Flightplan was going to underperform when it "only" had around 521 reviews for the day, and it ended up opening to $8.2 million with a 63 ratio.

Inside Man's doing fine right now.

SA and LTCG are both doing well compared to expectations. Inside Man isn't awful, but even with a low ratio and a backloaded pattern it will have to do well from here on out just to reach 20m.

Either the audience for Inside Man is almost exclusively adults or it's disappointing right now as younger demographics are on Spring Break right now (some anyway).
