Ill stick for the worst case possibility for now. I cant believe out of all the Plan Bs Im doing, I ended up doing it for Rocky  . Im not going to find any more excuses

I swear I blame the weather for yesterdays drop!

is all of the midwest US/Pacific part of Canada getting hammered by snow?

Rain. For 30 hours straight. IN DECEMBER.

Fuck you, global warming.

Oh, and that drop is expected, IMO. If you're gonna see a movie like Rocky, why would you see it on the SECOND day? I dunno how movies increased in 2000 (The last time Christmas fell on a Monday), but last year the movie didn't increase more than 45%, so that would be worrying. Can someone with a premier pass give us those elite 2000 numbers?

The Numbers has partial daily data for back then, but it's not really that good. BOM probably has a better one, but I don't think anyone around here has the premier pass. Bleh. Too much money.

I'm guessing it'll gross $5m in foreign release.

Seriously, they shouldn't even bother.

Do you know that seriously Stallone was probably the biggest draw overseas through the 80s and most of the 90s. he would rank among Tom Cruise today and Schwarzenegger in the past easily.
