I'd say its looking at around $48m-$52m at this point using a similar multiplier to the original. Its weakness is that its a sequel which will frontload it a bit but this one seems to have better WOM, opens in June and has Fathers Day to fall back on. So the IM will be sturdy.

Kinda was hoping Nancy Drew would break out somewhat (even if it hurt my Derby), but at least it will do "okay", from the current numbers. Been wanting to see this for quite a while now.

Went to the theatre was 80% full for 8:10 PM show which btw was the same time i went to watch the first f4 movie and it was only 50% full. I don't know how this movie is doing so less compared to original. Oh well the crowd laughed at the right moments and there were some clappings toward the end but i don't think it can do as big as its predecessor which is kinda dissapointing but hey fox it is your fault that you rushed the movie so soon. Don't know what you were thinking.
The crowd simply loved every moment with silver surfer so i hope they do a spin off and get a more visually stronger director and make a balls out action movie with PG-13 rating. Hell i wouldn't mind Tim Story at all for a silver surfer spin off becasue he proved with this one that he can handle SS much much better than the actual fan four.
Oh god i hope i get my silver surfer spin off.

Looks like $15-17M for FFII and $2.5M-3.0M for Nancy Drew. I should've played the Derby this week.

Agree with RT's forecast. Look like neither will hit the tracking numbers.

Rolling Thunder. About $16-17m for FF2 and $3m for ND.

Fantasy Mogul predicts $20M for FFII, but that seems a shade high given the crowd reports and the marked tailing of the user reviews. Guess we'll know for sure in a little while.

Yeah. I'd say a 90 ratio for 19 Million and Nancy Drew 2.6 with a 180 ratio

Looks to be a ratio around 80 for FFII. Don't think any of us expected that.

Yeah, FF2 performed like a family film.
FF2 is getting similar number of reviews today so far, and with condition not changing much, today should have a higher ratio, so most likely it's earning a little less. Nancy Drew saw some huge jumps due to being on front page, so hard to judge what's going on there.

Evan Almighty should have a low family ratio of 80-90, barring a poor grade. 1408 should also be under 100, though we need to be aware of its strong online presence. A Mighty Heart could be 125-150 with the theater count.

Disturbia's ratio was above 100, and since this is more of a horror movie and it should be more internet oriented I can see 1408 having a lower ratio.
If I'm not mistaken, United 93's ratio was huge (something around 300), why should AMH's be much lower?
I agree with you about Evan.

If 1408 is indeed Internet topheavy, its ratio would be expected to be higher, which I'm not ruling out. We really need to monitor its pacing throughout the day.
As for AMH, it doesn't have nearly the same controversy, backlash (there was plenty despite the praise), and award attention that United 93 had, plus the recent trending has been for lower ratios all around. I honestly don't see a ratio over 200 for AMH.
