Do you like flirting with guys, Joe? Let's delve into the different uses of men and women other than their special parts. I don't really care about the other uses. So... and I realize this is kind of silly, and we're just fucking around online into the wee hours of Friday morning... are you saying that you basically think women are just there to service men?

Porn says they are. Ancient cultures mainly viewed them as a way of continuing the bloodline. They can't possibly be wrong, never ever. The industry I work in doesn't exactly have a high view of women. Do you expect none of that not to rub off?

I can safely say as a gay man, I appreciate women more than you EVER will.

They certainly make much, much, much more money than men do.

 Re: Production Budgets
Because I was born gay and I was raised that I should be who I am. I was also raised to respect people, no matter who they are, something your parents fucked up on majorly.

In casting, we judge purely based on their looks whether we want to bring them in for a screen test/further discussion. How is that anything but devaluing them ?

He can think what he wants, though I have no clue how someone could even believe for a second that someone would willingly choose to make their life so much more difficult. That people would commit suicide over something they could so easily change. Common sense should tell you this opinion is ridiculous, but that's something he lacks. I don't know why I'm gay, but I certainly tried to date girls as a teenager and be attracted to them. But eventually I accepted that couldn't happen, after spending most of my teen years being suicidal believing my family would never accept me if they knew. I love women, I'm just not sexually attracted to them.

I would never do it though. Too many risks.

It's such a simple issue. I'm sexually attracted to women, not men. You're sexually attracted to men, not women. *shrug*

But nobody's gonna ask me to do porn.

I am glad Evil Dead is going to be such a big hit. Can't wait until part 2.

 Re: Production Budgets
From the ads Evil Dead looks visually superb. I love the cinematography. Seems very atmospheric. I'm surprised the budget wasn't even higher. The 2009 Friday The 13th cost 19 Million and looked hideous. Maybe I just had high expectations because I thought the TCM remake looked so stunning, but really it was just so dull looking.
