RV has been bumped from March 24 to April 28.
Jennifer Garner's Catch and Release has been delayed all the way from April 28 to 1st Quarter 2007. Not a good sign.

Ouch...definitely not a good thing.
I'll try to update this as soon as I can get to it.

Idlewild looked so good! I hope they don't push it to '07.

Foodfight! was not going to be any competition for Happy Feet. Foodfight! is a Hilary Duff voiced animated flick.

The Eddie Murphy-less Dr. Dolittle 3 has also abruptly been added to the schedule on February 17.

If Fox has any common sense, they'll move Date Movie to February 10 and capitalize on Valentine's Day and President's Day weekend on the February 17 weekend.

I disagree, February 10 is already crowded with Firewall, Final Destination, Curious George and Pink Panther.
It faces only Freedomland and Eight Below (and I guess Dr. Dolittle 3 now? WTF) on the 17th, none of which will likely gross over $45M total.

Hmm, slim pickings for romantic movies this spring.
Anyway...Dallas is coming November 10th, 2006. Ask the Dust pushed up a week to March 10th, where it's up against another Paramount movie, Failure to Launch.

Now the Dallas move is an interesting one. I had no idea they would even have it ready this year.
Have they even anounced casting yet??

Have a bit of patience. I'll get to the upstates as soon as I can. I've been really busy lately.

It's about time Universal pushed it back --- there's no way it could've stood up against Scary Movie 4.

I don't know why one would effect the other. SM4 targets teens and young adults. American Dreamz targets older adults.

Dr. Dolittle 3 probably got moved from February 17th is because 1. they have not started to advertise the movie at all yet, 2. they are rethinking theatrical release and might go back to DVD release only.

We've been talking about how December looks weak (and it still does), but Evan Almighty (the sequel to Bruce Almighty, but with Steve Carell) just grabbed the December 22 spot for this year.

We now have Charlotte's Web, The Good Shepherd, A Night at the Museum, and Dreamgirls coming out on that day as well....someone will have to move (I'd say that Charlotte's Web should move to October --- should be able to do well then, as there's nothing but horror flicks coming during that month).

Evan Almighty is coming out this year? Sweetttt. I think it'll be big. 200 mil+ is a definite possibility.

According to someone on HSX, Pulse has been moved from March 3 and will be released TBA 2006 (because of reshoots after some negative test screenings, apparently). It hasn't been confirmed yet but it probably will be soon.
