I would love if ur prediction comes true. But just dont see that happening in such a competitive summer. Even my prediction is very optimistic.

I got bored so I decided to project Wall-E's run. I used Nemo as reference for Wall-E's first few weeks, considering Nemo's June 30th also fell on a Monday, then Ratatouille for the rest of its run. I tried to make the weekend drops as reasonable as possible (no drop under 30% until 8th weekend is actually quite pessimistic and its weekly earnings eventually fall behind Cars). So barring, a harsh 2nd weekend drop (40%+), I'd say that $275 million is the minimum, which should be good for 2nd biggest Pixar movie ever.

Just sayin', people here are still expecting $300m+ total. That's a bit of a stretch. Not impossible, but it'll need quite a multiplier for that.

If you want anything close to $300m, look to its legs closer to the end of its run. I recall that both Nemo and Pirates had some insanely good holds when their weekend grosses were rather small. But it made a huge difference in the end.

Eventine, WALL•E shouLd drop Lower than 30% on TDK weekend. Cars dropped 26% against Pirates 2 opening.

Well, Cars dropping well against Pirates can be attributed to the fact that all Disney films hold well on the weekend of a new Disney flick. I'm not sure if it happens every time, but in recent memory, always.

I thought it's because of the seLL-outs. But I was thinking, if Cars can drop that Low against a somehow famiLy fiLm, WALL•E shouLd hoLd better against a huge opener of the opposite.

No it will have great legs but um getting to 300 million would be almost impossible with a opening of 62 million.

This will do about 235 in my estimation. Legs will be typically weaker than most pixar films.

No this is going to 250 million for sure.
