 "New" Fiona Apple songs
Remember Fiona Apple? She finished a new album since 2003 but her record company held it hostage (see details at http://www.freefiona.com )
But anyway, here's 5 new songs from the album:

Hmm...
Some are good. Some are awful...Get Him Back is the best song of the five.
In general, it sounds like she's taking the No Doubt/Jewel route by getting more technical/electronic with each album

I have all 11 tracks off Extraordinary Machine, pretty good. I wish they would release it though, the quality of all the files I have isn't very good.

Can you host the other tracks that I don't have please? I only have: Extraordinary Machine, Get Him Back, Not About Love, Used To Love, and Better Version Of Me. I would really appreciate it. You could put them in a rar or zip file, that would be best, thanks so much. You can use this website it works great for hosting files, all I will need when you are done is the link.

 "Extraordinary Machine" review
I really don't like it. Despite the fact that it took her longer than 5 years to make her follow-up to the superior, and in my opinion masterpiece When The Pawn... this album doesn't even come close. It seems very rushed, and the lyrics are devoid of any wit or substance. When The Pawn was so great because it had amazing lyrics accompanied by fantasic instruments, and they weren't simplistic. Another problem I have with this album is it all sounds the same, each song sounds exactly the same, and its really frustrating. It seems like Fiona is using big words in the songs here just to make herself look smarter than she really is. This album is a step down for Fiona, and I was really anticipating this album, and ultimately I'm very disappointed. There are a few songs I like though: Get Him Back, Red Red Red, Window, and Oh Well, are highlights, and Extraordinary Machine Fiona's voice sounds fantastic, as she hits a note I have never heard her do, and holds it rather long, and I like how it sounds. Maybe its going to take some time to get used to this album, but as of now I'm very disappointed with this effort, and I think it could of been so much better. Tidal and Pawn are much better albums in comparison. I'm a huge Fiona Apple fan, and I don't think her fans will like this album as much as the others.

It fucks me off super-much how the adult contempoarary artists [Mclachlan, Apple, York, Carlton, Nicks et all] all seem to get treated like shit by their labels - yet they have such strong devoted fanbases who ultimately give them quiet but solid record sales; It seems that the labels have overlooked these artists even though Norah Jones is a testament to an open market for them.
Im sure McLachlan's last album was one of if not the biggest seller of her career.

Where is Used To Love Him
Edit: I'm an idiot... she says "Sick in the Head" in the Used to Love Him chorus.
