 Battle of the Bands:Classic Rock (Black Sab vs Iron Maiden) I started this at BOM, and well most people are leaving, so I will start again.
I will have 32 bands against each other for the greatest classic rock band ever.
It will mostly 70's and 80's music.
I need someone to help me when I am not here so please PM if so. Thanks

Aerosmith all the way. U2 is good yes but if you're talking classic rock then Aerosmith takes the cake easily.

Aerosmith has had some ups and downs, but I've always liked U2.
If its classic rock, though, this matchup is pathetic.

Erm. How many bands are you featuring?
Because, I love The Who. You don't put them up against the giants in the first round. You put Led Zeppelin up against a band like U2, and put The Who up against Aerosmith. But, for Aerosmith to go farther than The Who in this stupid game? GEEZ!

I figured that people always use the comparison of the who and led zeppelin and people are always bitchin about pete townshed over jimmy page as in influence that this vote would be a little tougher. But guess not.
Just put zeppelin down for the win cuz they got it easily.
