I was wondering what was up with the numbers.

Kelly Clarkson has her 4th top 10 hit :)

i think its wierd that the song "how we do" dropped one spot to #6 but its peak position is #6 wouldn't it be #5

It doesn't say it dropped one spot, it says it wouldahve been #5 last week, had digital downloads been accounted for last week.

Yeah, I think this is pretty awesome. I have been a loyal Billboard reader since I was in high school. it's been interesting to see all the changes they make to this chart. I kind of wish they didn't though. It makes it hard to compare chart histories. For example, all the number 1 debuts that happened in the 90's could never happen today. but not because of a lack of potential, but because of how they calculate points.

but at least the chart finally looks good. Very glad too see kelly and green day in the top 10. Could this mean the fall of hip hop is finally coming?!?!?!? [-o<

how does the chart work....do they value airplay more to even out the sales or them separatley... for example

made up numbrs....Since U Been Gone had 14000 airplay and sales of 2,000...how would they add that up? Would it be 16 thousand all together?
